These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Sly Hair Co. ("Sly Hair," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services or providing your contact information, you agree to these Terms.
Sly Hair Co. is a luxury non-surgical hair replacement studio located at 14 East 60th Street, Suite 903, New York, NY 10022. We provide custom hair systems, fittings, maintenance, and related services to adult clients.
Most services are provided on a recurring membership basis governed by a separate Service Agreement signed at the time of onboarding. The Service Agreement details cadence, pricing, and cancellation terms specific to each membership package.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Membership fees are charged according to the schedule in your Service Agreement. Failed payments will result in automatic retry attempts and notification by email and SMS.
Program Description: Sly Hair Co. sends transactional SMS messages to active and prospective clients. Messages include appointment reminders, payment notifications, system order updates, consultation scheduling, and customer service replies.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service cadence. Most clients receive 1–4 messages per month. Some weeks may include zero messages; others may include several depending on appointment activity.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Sly Hair Co. does not charge for messages, but standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier may apply.

How to Opt Out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Sly Hair Co. To resume receiving messages, reply START at any time.

Supported Carriers: The SMS program is available on most major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy: Your phone number and SMS conversation history are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies are detailed in your individual Service Agreement. In general:
By accepting these Terms and signing a Service Agreement, you acknowledge that all charges are valid and authorized. Disputing a charge with your bank or credit card issuer in violation of these Terms or your Service Agreement constitutes a material breach.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sly Hair Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
